Breeding birds include Ringed Plover, Oystercatcher, Little Tern, Lapwing, Redshank, Snipe and Avocet. Recent rarities include Common Crane, Red Footed Falcon, Barred Warbler, Red Breasted Flycacther, Red-Backed and Great Grey Shrike.
